James Madio Event MARCH 9TH, 2026

James Madio, one of the stars of the award-winning HBO series Band of Brothers, will host a fundraising event in South Kingstown, RI, which has been rescheduled to MONDAY, MARCH 9TH, due to the snowstorm.
South Kingstown, RI-Actor James Madio, one of the stars of HBO’s award-winning series Band of Brothers, will appear at the All South County Luxury Cinemas in South Kingstown on Monday, March 9th, 2026, to discuss the behind-the-scenes making of the iconic Emmy-winning World War II series. Madio portrayed T-4 (Sgt.) Frank Perconte in the landmark program.
2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the release of Band of Brothers.
Madio will participate in a Q&A with WWII Foundation President and Filmmaker Tim Gray, and will sign autographs and take photos, as well as autograph special limited-edition tin container box sets of the Band of Brothers series, which will also be available for purchase.
James Madio has a long career in television and film, playing one of the ‘Lost Boys’ alongside Robin Williams in the classic film Hook, starring with Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries, and playing a recognizable role in the acclaimed movie The Penguin.
Madio also appeared in the film version of Jersey Boys and wrote, produced, and starred in the recent award-winning boxing movie The Featherweight.
All proceeds support the nonprofit mission of the World War II Foundation and the International Museum of World War II.
Ticket purchases are tax-deductible.

Time: 6 PM to 8 PM.
Why: A Fundraiser for the International Museum of World War II and Q &A focusing on the making of HBO’s Band of Brothers, which in 2026 marks its 25th anniversary.

-Damian Lewis signed prints (as Major Dick Winters in Band of Brothers) $25
-Easy Company/101st Airborne collector baseball bats $20
Note: Beer, Wine, and Snacks are available at the theatre’s concession stand.
